Account Registration

Eligibility and Age Verification

  • Legal age and jurisdiction: You may only open an Account and use the Website if you are at least 18 years old and both resident and physically located in the United Kingdom at the time of registration and whenever you place a Bet. It is a criminal offence in Great Britain for anyone under 18 to gamble. By registering an Account, you warrant that you meet these criteria and that you are not accessing the Website from a Restricted Territory.
  • Age and identity checks: The Operator is required by law to verify your age and identity, and may do so automatically by checking information supplied by you against third-party databases. Where automatic verification is not possible, you must supply acceptable documents (such as a government-issued photo ID and proof of address). Until verification is complete, the Operator may restrict deposits, gameplay or withdrawals, and may suspend or close your Account if verification cannot be completed promptly.

Creating an Account

  • Registration process: To open an Account on the Website you must complete the online registration form truthfully and in full, including your legal name, date of birth, address, email address, mobile number and any other requested details. You may be required to confirm your email address by clicking a verification link and, where offered, to complete two-factor authentication steps. The Operator may request further KYC information immediately upon registration, in line with UK regulatory expectations.
  • Single personal Account: You may only open and hold one Account with Cash Point on cespoints.com. Accounts are strictly personal and must not be transferred, shared or traded. If duplicate Accounts are detected, the Operator may close or merge them, cancel Bonuses and void Bets placed from such Accounts, subject to any applicable regulatory guidance.

Accuracy, Security and KYC Obligations

  • Accurate information: You must ensure that all information you provide during registration and throughout the life of your Account is complete, accurate and up to date. You must promptly update your details (for example, address or email) via the Website or by contacting support@cespoints.com. The Operator may request evidence of any updated information and may suspend the Account while such verification is pending.
  • Password and access: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your Account. You must choose a strong password, keep it secure, and change it regularly. If you suspect that your login details have been compromised, you must notify the Operator immediately and change your password. The Operator may implement or require multi-factor authentication to enhance security.
  • Verification, affordability and source of funds: In order to comply with anti-money laundering and safer gambling requirements, the Operator may at any time request additional information or documents relating to your income, wealth, occupation, banking instruments and transaction history. Until satisfactory checks are completed, the Operator may restrict or block deposits, Bets and withdrawals. Failure to provide requested information may lead to Account suspension or closure.

Location, VPN and Prohibited Use

  • Use from the UK only: The services of Cash Point on cespoints.com are intended solely for players located in the United Kingdom. You must not access or use the Website from any Restricted Territory, including the USA, France, Spain, or any other location where local law or the Operator's policies prohibit access.
  • VPN and IP masking: The use of VPNs, proxies, Tor services, IP masking or any other technical means intended to conceal or falsify your location or identity is strictly prohibited. If the Operator reasonably believes that you have breached this rule, it may, subject to applicable regulatory guidance, void Bets, cancel Bonuses, forfeit winnings, restrict your Account and report relevant information to the UKGC or other authorities.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Principles of Play

  • Rules and game information: Each sport betting market, casino game, slot, live casino table or virtual event offered on the Website is governed by its specific rules and any published house rules, as well as these Terms. You must familiarise yourself with the rules of a market or game before placing a Bet or participating. In case of any inconsistency, the specific game or market rules normally prevail over these general Terms, except where UK consumer or gambling law requires otherwise.
  • Fair play and integrity: You agree not to engage in any form of cheating, collusion, fraud, bots or automated play, advantage play based on technical vulnerabilities, match-fixing, or any other conduct that undermines the integrity of the Website or events. The Operator may monitor gameplay patterns, investigate suspicious activity, and suspend or close Accounts where reasonable grounds for concern exist, in line with regulatory expectations.

Placing Bets and Limits

  • Placing a Bet: A Bet is deemed placed when it has been accepted by the Operator and appears in your betting history with a valid transaction ID. It is your responsibility to check that the details of your Bet (event, market, selection, odds, stake and any applicable handicap or line) are correct before confirming. Any dispute about whether or when a Bet was placed or accepted will be resolved by reference to the Operator's transaction logs, subject to any higher legal or regulatory requirements.
  • Minimum and maximum stakes: The Operator may apply minimum and maximum stake limits and may also restrict maximum potential winnings per Bet, event, day or Account. These limits may vary between products and markets and may change from time to time. The Operator may also individually limit specific Accounts in order to manage risk or comply with safer gambling measures; any such changes will apply prospectively to future Bets.

Bet Changes, Cancellation and Settlement

  • Modification and cancellation by you: Once a Bet has been accepted by the Operator and confirmed on the Website, it generally cannot be cancelled, changed or withdrawn by you. In certain cases (for example, cash out functionality where offered), you may be able to settle a Bet early at a value determined by the Operator's systems. Availability of cash out is not guaranteed and may be suspended or withdrawn at any time.
  • Cancellation by the Operator: The Operator may void or adjust Bets in circumstances including, but not limited to: palpable or obvious pricing errors; settlement errors; event cancellation or postponement; rule changes; technical or systemic failures; or where a Bet has been accepted in breach of these Terms or applicable rules. Where a Bet is voided, the stake will usually be returned to your Account, unless voiding is due to your fraud or serious breach.
  • Settlement and official results: Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body or, for casino and virtual games, by the certified random number generator and game rules. If an event is later overturned by a disciplinary body or court, the Operator may, but is not obliged to, apply any subsequent change that occurs after the initial settlement, except where regulatory requirements mandate a specific approach.

Live Casino, Chat and Conduct

  • Respectful behaviour: In live casino games, chat features and any other interactive channels on the Website, you must behave respectfully and lawfully. You must not post or transmit any content that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate, nor promote illegal activities or share personal or confidential information about yourself or others.
  • Moderation and sanctions: The Operator and its service providers may monitor and moderate chat and live interactions. The Operator may remove content, mute or ban you from chat, or suspend or close your Account in response to behaviour that breaches these standards or applicable law. Where required, such behaviour may also be reported to relevant authorities.

Responsible Gambling and Player Protections

  • Safer gambling tools: You are encouraged to use the safer gambling tools provided on the Website, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time-outs and self-exclusion functions. Information on responsible gambling, including self-exclusion procedures and support organisations, is accessible via the responsible gambling pages linked from cespoints.com, which currently direct to the Operator's responsible gaming information at https://cashpoint.co.uk/en/help/responsible-gaming.html.
  • Self-exclusion and cooling-off: If you believe you may have a gambling problem, you should immediately request a time-out or self-exclusion via the Website or by contacting support@cespoints.com. During a self-exclusion period, you must not attempt to open new Accounts or circumvent the exclusion. The Operator will take reasonable steps to enforce self-exclusion in line with UK regulatory requirements, but you are also responsible for your own behaviour and for seeking additional support where needed.

Bonus Terms

Bonus Eligibility and Activation

  • Offer-specific conditions: From time to time, the Operator may offer Bonuses or promotions to eligible players on Cash Point via cespoints.com. Each Bonus is subject to specific terms (for example, minimum deposit, qualifying odds, game eligibility, expiry date) that will be communicated in the relevant offer. By opting in or otherwise accepting a Bonus, you agree to those specific terms in addition to these Terms.
  • Activation and crediting: Bonuses may be credited automatically when you meet the qualifying criteria or may require you to enter a promotional code or actively opt in. It is your responsibility to check that a Bonus has been correctly credited before placing Bets intended to qualify for, or to clear, that Bonus. The Operator may correct obvious errors in Bonus crediting and may withdraw or amend promotions where permitted by law and subject to not reducing already-earned rights.

Wagering Requirements and Restrictions

  • Turnover requirements: Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer, Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they, or winnings derived from them, can be withdrawn as Real Money Funds. For example, a welcome casino Bonus may require you to wager 35 times the Bonus amount within a specified period. Stakes placed with Real Money Funds may or may not contribute to wagering, and different games may contribute at different rates (e.g. slots at 100%, table games at a lower percentage or excluded entirely).
  • Time limits and expiry: Bonus funds and free bets typically carry a validity period (for example, 7, 14 or 30 days) from the date of crediting, as stated in the specific offer terms. If wagering requirements are not met within the applicable timeframe, any remaining Bonus balance and any winnings generated from that Bonus may be removed from your Account, while unaffected Real Money Funds will remain available for withdrawal.

Prohibited Practices and Bonus Abuse

  • Irregular play: The Operator may specify, in promotion-specific rules, betting patterns that constitute "irregular play" or Bonus abuse, such as placing large bets relative to your deposit or Bonus, low-risk or zero-risk betting, collusion, or using multiple Accounts to exploit offers. The Operator may withhold or reclaim Bonuses and any associated winnings, or close your Account, where it reasonably concludes that Bonus abuse has occurred, subject to applicable regulatory standards.
  • Game and stake exclusions: Certain games, markets or features may be excluded from Bonus wagering or may only contribute partially. Maximum bet sizes while wagering a Bonus may also apply (for example, a maximum of a specified amount per spin or hand). These restrictions will be included in the relevant offer terms and are your responsibility to review before participating.

Combining Promotions

  • One active Bonus at a time: Unless expressly stated in the applicable offer, only one active Bonus or promotion may apply to your Account at any single time. If you activate a new Bonus while another is active, the Operator may cancel or complete the existing Bonus in accordance with the relevant terms, ensuring that your Real Money Funds are not unfairly affected.
  • Priority of funds: The order in which Real Money Funds, Bonus funds and winnings from Bonuses are used for Bets is determined by the Operator's internal rules, which will be described in the promotional or help pages. If you request a withdrawal while a Bonus is active, the Operator may cancel the Bonus and remove any associated winnings that have not yet met wagering requirements, while honouring your right to withdraw Real Money Funds.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposit Methods, Limits and Fees

  • Available payment methods: The Operator may offer a range of payment methods for deposits to your Account, including debit cards, bank transfers, and selected e-wallets. Other methods, such as vouchers or (where permitted by law and enabled for your Account) certain digital or crypto-based payment services, may also be supported. Not all payment methods are available to all customers, and some methods (including crypto-related services) may not be available to UK players at all times.
  • Deposit limits and charges: Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and may vary depending on the method used, your Account status and any safer gambling controls in place. The Operator may refuse a deposit or adjust limits to comply with regulatory and risk-management obligations. The Operator will not typically charge deposit fees, but your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges. Where the Operator does apply a fee, this will be disclosed before you confirm the transaction.

Withdrawals, Processing Times and Verification

  • Withdrawal rules: Subject to verification and any applicable wagering requirements, you may request withdrawals of your available Real Money Funds using one of the payment methods registered in your name. The Operator may require that withdrawals are made back to the same method used for deposit, where feasible, in order to comply with anti-money laundering and card scheme rules.
  • Processing times: The Operator aims to review and process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe, generally within 1 - 3 Business Days after approval of any outstanding verification checks. Actual receipt of funds will depend on your bank or payment provider and may take longer. The Operator is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, but will provide reasonable assistance in tracing payments where possible.
  • KYC before withdrawal: In line with UK regulation, the Operator may require satisfactory completion of identity, address, affordability and source-of-funds checks before releasing any withdrawal. If you do not provide requested documentation within a reasonable time, the Operator may suspend withdrawals and, where required by law or regulation, may close your Account and return Real Money Funds to the originating payment instrument where possible.

Refunds, Chargebacks and Reversals

  • Refunds of deposits and Bets: Deposits correctly credited to your Account are not ordinarily refundable. In exceptional cases (for example, where you have not yet gambled any portion of a recent deposit and request a refund promptly), the Operator may, at its discretion and subject to legal and regulatory constraints, refund the deposit to the original payment method. If a game or Bet is settled incorrectly due to a technical error or misconfiguration, the Operator may void affected Bets, adjust balances and return the relevant stake, as appropriate.
  • Chargebacks and unpaid funds: You must not request a chargeback or reverse a payment without first attempting to resolve the issue with the Operator. If a deposit is reversed or charged back, the Operator may deduct the relevant amount and any associated costs from your Account balance, void or cancel pending Bets or winnings funded by such deposit, and may suspend or close your Account. The Operator may also pursue recovery of any outstanding balance through lawful means.

Player Funds Protection and Insolvency

  • Segregation of player funds: The Operator holds customer funds in accounts separate from its operational funds. However, these funds are not held in a legally distinct trust or equivalent arrangement that guarantees full protection in the event of insolvency. According to the information last checked on the UK Gambling Commission public register in January 2025, player funds protection is classified as "medium", meaning that, in the event of insolvency, some but not all customer funds may be protected or recoverable.
  • Information and regulatory status: Further information about categories of customer funds protection is available on the UK Gambling Commission's website. By using the Website, you acknowledge and accept the level of protection described in this section. If you do not agree with this level of protection, you should not deposit funds or place Bets on the Website.

Limitation of Liability

Operator's Obligations and Fairness

  • Regulated operations: The Operator is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission under account number 39606 (status last checked January 2025). The Operator uses certified systems, random number generators and recognised data feeds to provide fair betting and gaming services. It endeavours to ensure that the Website operates with reasonable skill and care, that game outcomes are determined fairly in accordance with the relevant rules, and that Account balances are recorded accurately.
  • Reasonable service levels: While the Operator strives to provide access to the Website on a continuous basis, it does not guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free or fully secure at all times. Maintenance, updates, third-party failures, network issues and other factors may temporarily affect availability. The Operator will use reasonable efforts to resolve issues promptly and to minimise disruption.

Exclusions of Liability

  • Events beyond reasonable control: The Operator is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms to the extent caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to failures of telecommunications networks, power outages, strikes, civil disturbances, natural disasters, or actions of third-party service providers.
  • Technical failures and errors: The Operator is not liable for losses arising directly or indirectly from technical failures, bugs, viruses, malfunctions, interruptions, or errors in software, hardware, data feeds, odds display or settlement systems, provided that the Operator has acted with reasonable skill and care. In such cases, the Operator may void or adjust affected Bets and restore your Account to a state consistent with the correct operation of the services.
  • Excluded damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or special damages, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website, even if the Operator has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Liability Cap and Consumer Rights

  • Maximum liability: Subject to the paragraph immediately below, and except where a higher limit is mandated by law, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any particular Bet, transaction or series of related transactions shall not exceed the higher of: (a) the amount of the stake on the Bet or transaction giving rise to the claim; or (b) the amount actually and demonstrably lost by you as a direct result of the Operator's breach, up to a reasonable monetary cap. The Operator's liability to you in respect of any Bonus or promotional element will not exceed the monetary value of that Bonus or promotion.
  • Non-excludable liability: Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes the Operator's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of Content and Software

  • Protected materials: All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, data compilations, page layout and underlying code, is owned by the Operator, its group companies or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws and treaties.
  • Limited licence to use: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to access and use the Website and its content solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes, in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. No other rights are granted or implied.

Restrictions on Use

  • No unauthorised copying or distribution: You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, sell, licence or otherwise exploit any part of the Website or its content without the prior written consent of the Operator or the relevant rights holder, except as may be permitted by mandatory provisions of copyright law.
  • No reverse engineering: You must not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive source code from any software used in connection with the Website, except to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law and only after providing prior written notice to the Operator.

Privacy & Data Protection

Data Processing and Privacy Policy

  • Compliance with data protection law: The Operator processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018. This includes processing necessary for the performance of these Terms, compliance with legal obligations (such as anti-money laundering and safer gambling requirements), and, where applicable, the Operator's legitimate interests.
  • Privacy policy reference: Details of how the Operator collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data, and your rights in relation to that data, are set out in the Operator's Privacy Policy, which is accessible via links on cespoints.com and currently available at https://cashpoint.co.uk/en/help/privacy-policy.html. By using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

Amendments and Notification

  • Right to amend: The Operator may amend these Terms from time to time, including to reflect changes in law or regulation, guidance from the UKGC or ADR bodies, product changes, security updates or improvements in customer protection. Any material change will be implemented in a manner consistent with UK consumer law and regulatory requirements.
  • Communication of changes: When these Terms are updated, the Operator will publish the revised version on the Website with an updated "effective from" date, and may also notify you through additional means such as on-site banners, pop-up notices, or email to the address registered on your Account. In certain cases, you may be required to re-confirm acceptance of the updated Terms before continuing to use the Website.

Your Rights on Changes

  • Continuing use as acceptance: If you continue to use the Website after the revised Terms become effective, you will be deemed to have accepted the changes. If you do not agree with any change, you must stop using the Website and may request closure of your Account and withdrawal of any available Real Money Funds, subject to any outstanding regulatory checks, prior to the date on which the changes take effect where reasonably practicable.

Termination & Suspension

Termination by You

  • Account closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by using the tools available on the Website or by contacting support@cespoints.com. The Operator may require you to confirm your request and may, before closure, settle any outstanding Bets, process any lawful withdrawals of Real Money Funds, and address any unresolved complaints or disputes.

Suspension and Termination by the Operator

  • Grounds for suspension or closure: The Operator may suspend or close your Account, withhold or cancel Bets, and/or restrict access to the Website where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) you are under 18 or otherwise ineligible; (b) you have provided inaccurate or misleading information; (c) you are using or have used a VPN, proxy or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions; (d) you have engaged in fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, collusion, Bonus abuse or other prohibited conduct; (e) you have breached these Terms or any applicable game rules; or (f) it is required to do so by law, regulation or order of a competent authority.
  • Effect of suspension: During suspension, you will not be able to place new Bets or withdraw funds, although the Operator may, at its discretion and subject to regulatory requirements, allow withdrawal of Real Money Funds that are not connected with suspected wrongdoing. The Operator will investigate promptly and will either lift the suspension or close the Account once its investigation is complete.

Balances on Closure and Forfeiture

  • Return of legitimate funds: On closure of your Account by you or the Operator (other than for fraud, money laundering, serious breach or where prohibited by law), the Operator will, subject to necessary checks, return any remaining Real Money Funds to you using a suitable payment method, where reasonably practicable. Any outstanding Bets placed before closure will normally stand and be settled in accordance with these Terms.
  • Forfeiture in serious cases: In cases of confirmed fraud, money laundering, serious breach of these Terms, unlawful activity, or prohibited use of VPN or IP masking, the Operator may, where permitted by law and regulatory guidance, void Bets, cancel Bonuses, and confiscate or withhold winnings and funds associated with such conduct. The Operator may also withhold funds where required to do so by law or by order of a competent authority.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Applicable Law

  • Governing law: These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that apply in the part of the United Kingdom in which you reside.

Complaints and Dispute Resolution

  • Internal complaints procedure: If you have a complaint about the Website or the services provided by the Operator, you should first contact customer support via support@cespoints.com or via live chat (where available). The Operator will acknowledge your complaint and will aim to provide a final response within a reasonable period, generally within 8 weeks, in line with UK regulatory expectations. You should provide all relevant information to help the Operator investigate your complaint.
  • Alternative dispute resolution (ADR): If, after exhausting the Operator's internal complaints process, your complaint remains unresolved, or if more than 8 weeks have passed since you raised it, you may refer the dispute to the Operator's designated ADR provider, currently the Independent Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS), via https://ibas-uk.com/, subject to IBAS's acceptance criteria. The ADR process is free for you and provides an impartial review of qualifying disputes.
  • Courts of competent jurisdiction: You also retain the right to bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales or, where applicable under consumer law, in the courts of your place of residence within the United Kingdom. The use of ADR does not restrict your right to pursue legal remedies.
